By Ritva P This was my first book I read from Sergey Yevelev and I found these stories funny, spicy, touching, ironic.Yevelev has a great sense of humour, he makes you laugh and cry. I recommend the book to everyone who has been living in the former USSR, or who wants to find out how absurd the everyday life could be there.

If your want to return for minute even in memories, read this book. It was not that easy back then but the book is not sad it make you to look at the past with humor and remember what was good.
